First you want to get some information about us. We are located in Shanghai, China and we sell our dresses online only. We ship the items from China. Most of the dresses on our website are not the original designers' dresses but the copies. We collected these pictures from internet and just made them as samples to our customers who want their dresses to be customized. The dresses will be designed and produced by the requirements of our customers themselves. We have been making and selling dresses since 1997 and have been Original Equipment Manufacturer to many original designers and brand. . We have great designers and experienced tailors. So we can make them almost the same as the ones in the picture. You can see a few dresses made by us from our presentation shot and testimonial. Then you can make a decision whether to purchase the dress from our website or not.
Then learn about the time information. The total delivery time = operation time +  shipping time. It usually takes us about 30 business days to finish the dress after we receive customers' orders as well as the order payment. Shipping time varies with shipping methods you choose. It usually takes about 2 business days to arrive by UPS. It usually takes about 10 business days to arrive by EMS.
The fattest time that you can receive the dress after placing the order from our website is 22 business days if you purchase our 20 business days rush service and choose UPS. For some simple style dresses, we can let you get it sooner on the condition that our tailors and workers  have to work overtime. You'd better contact us if your date is very emergent. Then we will confirm whether your time is enough or not.
Thirdly, you need to register on our website, select the dress you like and see the details of this dress, which is under the pictures of the dress you like. Please review them carefully, like main fabric, neckline, length, back style, silhouette, train,  etc. Please confirm all the detail  informaton about the dress you like.

(2)If you want to change the back style, please email us the pictures or link of back style you like. Then we will make the dress for you accordingly. In one word, if you want to change any part of the dress, please let us know and we will confirm if we can make it for you. All the dresses on our website can be made as our customers' requests.

(3)About the size, we have our own size chart. It is different than regular standard size. Please refer our "Size chart" and "How to measure" carefully before you place the order and select the proper size. If your size is between 2 and 16,  not a plus size, you can also write your detailed size information like bust, waist, hips, shoulder to shoulder, shoulder to waist, shoulder to bust, nipple to nipple, etc in the "Customer notes" box when you place the order. Then we will process your order accordingly. It will fit you better. After you click the "checkout" and choose the payment method step by step you will find the "Customer notes" box for you to put information. If there is no proper size, please select "Custom-Made" service in our size box and write all your detailed size information in the "Customer notes" box, too.

(4)  Length of  "shoulder to hem" is very important.
If the dress you like is floor length, Measure from the shoulder point, and take the tape through the bust point, then down to the hem at one side. The height of "shoulder to hem" includes the height of heels.

If the dress you like is tea length. Measure from the shoulder point, and take the tape through the bust point, then down to the calves at one side. Then write the length in our "shoulder to hem" box and we will make it accordingly.
If the dress you like  is knee length. Measure from the shoulder point, and take the tape through the bust point, then down to the knee at one side. Then write the length in our "shoulder to hem" box and we will make it accordingly.
 The more detailed measurements you provide us, the better dress we will make for you. So please read our "size chart" and "how to measure" carefully. It will fit you well if your measurements are accurate.
Fourthly, if the dress you will order has sleeves or a jacket. We also need your additional measurements like Armeye, Bicep Around, Arm Length, etc. Please write them in our customer note box when you place the order.

Finally, please write your shipping address and phone number carefully and check if they are correct.
After placing the order on our website, you will receive an invoice. Please check if your order status is successful. If so, please check your email box within several days. We will check your order after we receive it and we will contact you if there is some information to be confirmed.
After confirming all the information, we will start to process your order asap. When your dress is complete and shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info. Please keep an eye on your package.
